This fast track Diploma in Cyber Security – Level 4 + 5 combined (9 Months) (Accredited by Othm, UK) qualifications has been designed to be accessible without artificial barriers that restrict access and progression. Learners will be expected to hold the following:

• Relevant NQF / QCF / RQF Level 3 Award / Diploma or at the level of GCE/GCSE or A-Level / AS-Level or IB or an equivalent qualification

OR

• Learner who possess Qualification at Level 4 or equivalent qualification in another discipline

OR

• work experience in a business environment and demonstrate ambition with clear career goals;

In certain circumstances, learners with considerable experience but No formal qualifications may be considered, subject to interview and being able to demonstrate their ability to cope with the demands of the programme.

The qualification is offered in English.

The Level 4 and 5  qualification consists of 9 mandatory and 2 optional units for a combined total of 240 credits:

• Database Security and Computer Programming(20 Credits)
• Incident Response, Investigations and Forensics(20 Credits)
• Security Strategy: Laws, Policies and Implementation(20 Credits)
• Cryptography(30 Credits)
• Digital Investigations and Forensics(30 Credits)
• Communications and Incident Management(30 Credits)
• Strategic Leadership(30 Credits)

Optional units: Chose any one

• Cyber Security Threats and Risk: Banking and Finance(20 Credits)
• Cyber Wars(20 Credits)
